Poisoned Apple Brooch

I love Halloween as much as the next lolly crazed 10 year old (except that I’m 40). So at our house we really embrace all the opportunities to dress up, decorate the house and generate have some spooky fun.

this year I thought why not make some brooches so I can share it with you.

This one is the a poisoned apple! I was imagining the Apple that poisoned Snow White when I made this brooch, but surely this guy could make its way into any Halloween occasion. I‘be used black clay with mica powder and a clear gloss on the poison to make it extra sinister and it has a black heart on the back to keep the pin in place.
